In recent years, Generation Z has been labelled as ¡°lying flat,¡± ¡°Buddha-like,¡± and ¡°involution,¡± and the phenomenon of labelling has become prevalent. This article is based on the theory of Interaction Ritual Chains, analyzing the existence of individual Self-Cognition bias, internal group fragmentation, and social cognitive distortion in the labelling phenomenon of Generation Z. A series of targeted coping strategies are proposed, such as reshaping Self-Cognition, promoting group integration, and correcting social cognition, aiming to guide Generation Z to view labels correctly and reduce the negative impact of labelling. This is not only of great significance for the development of Generation Z individuals, but also has a positive effect on creating a harmonious social environment and promoting social progress. %K Generation Z %K Labelling %K Interaction Ritual Chains %U http://www.oalib.com/paper/6877281
