This paper uses the Bookan LLM as an example to analyze its construction approach and practical application effects. Subsequently, it proposes several strategies for advancement, such as strengthening top-level design, increasing technology research and development, improving management systems, deepening industry-academia-research cooperation, and cultivating professional talents. These strategies aim to promote the healthy and sustainable development of LLMs in constructing intelligent libraries, thereby further enhancing the service level and management efficiency of libraries.
